Psychedelics, a Game-Changer for Mental Health

Join us on October 10 for a panel discussion on how psychotherapeutics can help solve Utah’s mental health crisis.

Studies show that psychotherapeutics like psilocybin, LSD, DMT, and MDMA are effective at treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and a myriad of other disorders. For example, Johns Hopkins researchers conducted a study that found psilocybin can be effective at easing existential anxiety in cancer patients.

We believe that these medicinal substances should be legal for use by those with mental illness. This panel will discuss the science of psychedelics, provide education on the safety and benefits of psychotherapeutics, and share the stories of those whose lives have been changed for the better by psychotherapeutics.

The panel will be moderated by Brad Daw, a former Utah state representative. It will feature:

  • Dr. Allison Feduccia, who holds a PhD in neuropharmacology and is a highly-published researcher in the field of psychedelics
  • Eric Swartz, a retired U.S. Airforce pilot who served 5 tours of duty and has benefitted from psychotherapeutic medicine
  • Dr. Reid Robinson, a psychiatrist who is currently conducting an FDA-approved study of psilocybin for treating major depressive disorder. Dr. Robison is a psychiatrist, researcher, and social entrepreneur, who currently serves as Chief Clinical Officer of Numinus.
  • Brittany, who is a patient and advocate for using plant medicine to support mental health and wellness.

This event is FREE ADMISSION.
